We do not sell our templates, components, Modules, Plugin's or other custom Joomla files. Many of our current members are Joomla webmasters themselves and they appreciate the enormous amount of time that goes into setting up a quality site like we offer. Our services/site set-up's are unprecedented in the web hosting community today. Sure many sites will offer Joomla for free and maybe even offer free templates but we offer the most feature packed high-end designer templates available on the market today.

Our servers are 100% dedicated "Joomla" servers with "Register_globals" OFF, many of our hosting competitors have this ON and it is a major security risk for a Joomla site. We recommend you check and see if your servers are set with "Register Globals" OFF, before you consider setting up your Joomla site, most shared hosting will be set with register_globals "ON".

Your new site will be set-up by hand and it is not some folder re-direct or shared database website, we use “Joomla 1.5” one of the worlds leading “Content Management Solutions” and it is a 100% stand-alone website install. One of our system technicians will configure the new site for you in one to three business days depending on the time and hosting plan your have ordered, we even make a custom logo for your guild (logo is based on the default logo from our sample sites and you are able to upload your own logo's and use that if you prefer). Because of this and propagation times it can take from 1 – 3 business days (on average) to get your new site set-up. During this time we recommend that you view our video tutorials as they will teach you about your new website.

If you are already experienced with Joomla you will find it very easy to modify your site, if you are new to Joomla we recommend you review ALL our video tutorials as well you will want to review the : Joomla Beginners Guide

• Files and images can be uploaded thru the media manager, in the back end.
• No FTP access will be available, No exceptions.
• Extra folders can be created for images through the media manager, in the back end.
• You have the ability to add as many directories and images as you like through the “Media Manager” the only restraints are you may not exceed the amount of disk space that your plan has.
• Sub domains are not supported.
• Ability to create basic new modules and wrapper modules only. No ability to upload new or untested modules.
• All sites come preconfigured as demonstrated. DKP and Raid Bank requires set-up by you, tutorials are provided.
• Tech support is provided through our forums, tutorials and FAQ’s.
• Video How-To-Tutorials are provided for all registered members.
• Currently we do not have an affiliate program.
• Our Servers are Unix/Linux based with PHP and MYSQL.
• One website/guild per hosting package.

We protect all our clients by assuring everyone has a fast, reliable website. Many modules that exist out there are NOT quality or could compromise server stability, therefore these modules and components will not be offered with our hosting packages.
