We are proud to announce the Beta testing for our Raid Calendar system, these new updates come with some awesome new features never before available to any guild or Guild Hosting company before.

After many months of updates we are ready to launch our new guild hosting Raid system, this Beta program is open to all raiding guilds or clans currently using our V3 websites. This new Raid Calendar system for Joomla 1.5 has features and enhancements to make any guild leader’s job easier then ever before. You can give your raid leaders the full ability to add remove and update their own raids all from the sites front end and they never need to be set as an administrator of your site.

The new enhanced system has full raid progress bars for overall event status and raid progress bars for all raid classes/functions. You also have the ability to update the necessary amount of needed classes/functions for every event. Create one event that repeats every week and the system will allow for event registration for each repeat separately without having to re-create new raid events every week.

Truly stream lined raid support for any raiding guild or clan you will marvel at the beauty of this new system it’s easy to use and this one system, will save so much time for raid leaders they will love to use this raid calendar.

New Raid Attendee List Visuals

We have begun testing our latest update for our V3 Raider System; the new raid Attendee list visuals allow each site visitor to set sort the list of attendees to suit their needs. With this update you can now sort each field by simply clicking on the name for that field and then it will sort that field for better viewing.

Also you can now use the little drop down in the upper right corner of the Attendees list to temporarily remove some fields. As well you can increase the view area by dragging on the lower bar and resize the entire list of current attendees.

I would very much like to try out this functionality. I'm not sure if we have this already (brand new site). We have been strugling with a way to keep track with raid attendance over a certain period of time. I've found the event system, but not the way to actually track attendance. Also, is there a way to input this in after the fact? We use an in game mod currently for our raid signups, but i would like to be able to put in who actually came into the website. If this is already installed I apologize for the repetition.

Still we are a guild for swtor, and game is not released yet, however, we sure want to simulate events and see how it works, and possible bugs etc

If you have some spare time, you may log in as well, and add events and such, since it all will be simulated it even will be some experience for me and our members

Thanks for the response. I realize it didn't work with any in-game mods. I just didn't know if there was some way for me to put the information in my self after the fact so I could have a place to show an attendance percentage over a given amount of time of those who actually show up. I'll play more with it. Thanks again.

Oh ok I am sorry, I guess I did not fully understand what you were trying to do… You are able to create new Community Builder fields that only an “Admin” can update.
