I just wanted to take a minute to say wow and omg. I never realized what you guys do on the back end of these sites until now and you guys are just incredible. We always knew we got wonderful service from you.. thats why we are into our 2nd year with your company. But recently I got a real taste of what it is you all do...

Let me explain.

My mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness back in March. Its progressing rather quickly, and she is a writer of fiction and poetry and other stuff, and she has been published a few times in the ALS Blogspot (ALS is the illness she has) Well she just had to stop working because she can no longer manage to travel, and she was saying how her mind will now go to mush and what reason has she got to get up in the morning and so on.

Well me and MY big bright ideas... I suggested she do a website to put all her stuff on, and that I would build the site for her. She loved the idea, mostly because when she is gone, the site will sort of act as a living memorial for her ... Well we went to godaddy and got her a domain, and I downloaded joomla 1.5 and installed it and have been building the site since.

I thought since I admin the site you guys built and host for us... that it would all be a piece of cake. I mean how much could you guys POSSIBLY do when I do so much ...

WRONG!!!!

I am almost in tears several times a day. I've had nothing but issues getting it to work right, and some of it STILL won't work right and I have tried and tried until I have a migraine from staring at the screen. I have asked for help on forums and been met with sarcasm and idiocy and just downright rudeness.

I am beside myself here.

Please know that even if I figure this all out, we will continue to host our kin site with you guys. I love what you all do, how you do it, and the service you provide, and I do not EVERRRRRR want to have to do this again in my lifetime.

It really made me realize just how hard you guys work on these sites... and all I can say is ...

My hat is off to you all. I am in awe.
